A & T Health Care, Inc. is a skill building company that provides customized In-Home Support Services, Supported Living Residential Tiers 1-4, Personal Care Services, Independent Living Support Tiers 1-4, Companion Services, and Respite Care Services.
We provide in-home care for children aged 8+, adults, and senior citizens. We provide support and care for individuals who have been diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Our staff focuses on and prioritizes the Individual Support Plan (ISP), Community Engagement, Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL's).
We are top rated with caring staff and the perfect alternative to group homes. Our services allow you to keep your loved ones in their own home, where they are comfortable. There is no place like home!
